Seniors Discount Health Services mandate is to work to find you the best prices for the safest prescription medications available while providing the highest level of customer service in the industry.

In order to ensure you receive your medications expediently we’ve simplified the ordering process.

New Patients:

In order to begin using our services you must do the following

1. Have a valid prescription from your doctor. (We can call your doctor for you or help you transfer your records from your existing prescription drug provider, they are your property and must be returned to you if you request.)

Once you have completed the information above we ask that you fax the Patient Questionnaire, the Product Order Form along with your doctor’s prescription to Seniors Discount Health Services Toll Free fax line at 1-866-576-7377 (PDPS).

Existing Patients:

Refills on previously filled prescriptions
Typically a doctor’s prescription is valid for one year or 4 fills at 3 months each. We will contact you 60 days after each order is sent out to you to determine if you still are taking the medication and if you require a re-fill for the prescription. We take the worry out of your prescription drug supply and concentrate on ensuring that you receive your drugs in a safe and timely manner.

Current Patients with new prescription
Simply send us a new order form with a copy of the new prescription by fax or mail. We can also work with you and contact your doctor on your behalf thereby saving you time and money on a doctors visit. Should you wish to have us contact your doctor call our Toll Free number 1-866-571-7377 and ask one of our friendly customer service representatives to assist you. Good service is a right you deserve and we at Seniors Discount Health Services will strive to safeguard your privacy and your rights.

Why you should complete all forms and approvals
Once your forms are completed and sent in to Seniors Discount Health Services they will be sent to a licensed Canadian physician to be reviewed. For this reason we must have the patient questionnaire form filled out. We realize this may be time consuming however this will ensure that we provide you with the safest service possible. Once the Canadian doctor has reviewed your information and confirmed your doctor’s prescription your medications will be dispensed and sent to you immediately. Should we re quire additional information from your doctor we’ll contact your doctor (with your permission) on your behalf at no extra charge to you. All of your information will be kept confidential and recorded on your personal private chart. All information provided is kept confidential and private in accordance with Canadian privacy laws as well as internal privacy standards.

Refills and Medication amounts disbursed
The maximum amount of medications that can be shipped to a U.S. citizen under the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations is 3 months supply per item and must be for personal use only not for re-sale. A Seniors Discount Health Services representative will call you when there is 30 days left on your order to confirm that you need a refill and arrange to have it sent. This will ensure that any delays I the postal service or supply can be dealt with in ample time to ensure that you the patient do not miss your badly needed medications.

All prescription drug prices are in U.S. dollars.
Shipping, handling and postage is charged at a per order fee of $15.00 US funds.
There are no other hidden fees or extra charges other than the shipping and the prices of the medication

Tracking and expedited mail services
We at Seniors Discount Health Services understand that your medication is very important to you. Getting your medication in a timely and informative manner is even more important. For this reason we have many safeguards in place to ensure you receive your medications in a timely manner.
• We call you when you have 30 days supply left to remind you of your refill needs and determine if you still require your medications to be sent
• We ship all orders by Expedited Express Service within the U.S. Postal system.
• We provide at no extra charge a package tracking service.
• Should your shipment not arrive within 7-10 days of your order, simply call our toll free 1-866-571-7377 (PDPS) number and one of our customer service agents will provide you with your tracking number and locate your package.
• In the event of a lost package Seniors Discount Health Services will send a new package on your behalf while attempting to locate the original package. This ill ensure that you have your medications and not be burdened by shipping errors.

Unfortunately we cannot ship narcotics into the U.S. in accordance with United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations.

Seniors Discount Health Services believes that you deserve the opportunity to save money while receiving the same or better quality prescription medications. Under the Manitoba Pharmaceutical Association regulations where a name brand drug has been prescribed we must inform you if this medication is available in a generic equivalent. This will give you the opportunity to save you even more money and must be done in accordance with Canadian law. You may contact your doctor to determine if the generic is appropriate for you or we can contact your doctor on your behalf to determine if this generic is right for you.

Processing Time
The typical time for a first order is 7-10 business days once all the paperwork has been received in good order. This includes processing and shipping. Re-fills typically ship within 5-7 business days and should arrive well before your current supply runs out. All of the above times are worst case scenarios and you will find that your orders may arrive sooner than expected. In the event that your order doesn’t arrive within the advertised ‘worst case’ scenario, please contact our toll free 1-866-571-7377 (PDPS) customer service line and one of our client service team members will assist you.

Return Policy
Unfortunately all sales are final. For this reason we have many cheques and balances to ensure that orders sent are correct. We guarantee that all orders shipped will be in accordance with your doctor’s wishes and exactly as prescribed.
